According to Android Authority, YouTube has just launched a new, extremely convenient integration feature that allows users to discover performance schedules and upcoming shows of their favorite artists right while watching videos.
Now, 'hunting' for idol concert tickets will become easier than ever. Partnering with music data giant Bandsintown, YouTube has officially integrated live concert listings and tour schedules into its app.
While watching a video, a Shorts, or visiting an artist's official channel on YouTube, a section with information about their upcoming live shows will appear.
This integration helps seamlessly connect the online video viewing experience with real-life music events, helping fans no longer worry about missing the opportunity to meet their idols.
Currently, this feature is rolling out first on the main YouTube app.
To celebrate this partnership, Bandsintown users will receive an exclusive bonus with a 2-month free trial of YouTube Premium.
Pop star Sabrina Carpenter was chosen as the representative artist for this launch.
