1. Submit a request
Send an email to contact@gudjob.net with the subject “Data deletion request”, including the following information:
- your full name;
- the email address or phone number you used with the product;
- the product name. For GUD CONTEST, also include the contest name;
- your TikTok or Facebook account name, if you connected one;
- the scope of deletion: all data, or only part of it (for example, only data from TikTok);
- if you are submitting the request on behalf of a person under 18: your relationship to that person (parent or guardian).
To protect you, we may ask you to verify your identity, for example with a code sent to your registered email address.
2. Processing times
Under Decree 356/2025/ND-CP:
- we respond within 2 working days of receiving your request;
- we complete the deletion within 20 days, or 30 days if we need to coordinate with a processor or third party (for example a contest organiser);
- in complex cases, the period may be extended once as permitted by law. We will then inform you of the reason and the new deadline.
- Once the deletion is complete, we will send you a confirmation email.
3. What is deleted
- Your account and profile information in the product.
- Data from TikTok: access tokens are revoked and deleted immediately. Profile information (open_id, display name, avatar) and any video metrics already read are also deleted.
- Data from Meta: stored engagement metrics are deleted. Any access tokens relating to you are deleted.
- Entries and registration data. For GUD CONTEST, this is carried out together with the contest organiser (see section 4).
4. Cases where data may not be deleted immediately
- Data we are required by law to keep, for example invoices and prize award records. This data is kept until the end of the statutory period and then deleted.
- Ongoing contests: deleting your data means withdrawing your entry from the contest.
- Entries already published on the contest's Facebook Page: GUDJOB asks the organiser to remove the post.
- Data controlled by GUDJOB's customers, for example contest organisers, or content in websites hosted on GUDHOST: we forward the request to that organisation and assist it in carrying it out.
5. Revoke access yourself
You can disconnect yourself at any time, without waiting for us:
- TikTok: in the TikTok app, go to Profile → ☰ → Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services permissions, select the app, then tap Remove access (menu names may differ slightly between app versions).
- Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, then remove the app.
Revoking access stops any new data from being read. To delete data already stored, submit a request as described in section 1.
