Terms & Conditions
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms apply to the GUDJOB website and to all products, applications and services operated by GUDJOB CO.,LTD (tax identification number 0315539317), including but not limited to GUDMATE, GUDHOST, GUD CONTEST, GUD Visibility and any other product that refers to these Terms (together, the “Services”).
You accept these Terms when you:
- create an account;
- register to participate;
- continue to use the Services after being notified of the Terms.
If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.
Order of precedence. For services covered by a separately signed contract or quotation, that contract prevails where it differs from these Terms. The product appendices (section 12) prevail over the general part for the relevant product.

2. Accounts and sign-in
- Registration information. You must provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
- Sign-in security. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential, including one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your email. All activity from your account is deemed to have been carried out by you.
- If you detect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at contact@gudjob.net.
- Social network connections. When you connect a TikTok, Facebook or other social network account, you must also comply with that platform's terms.
3. Prohibited conduct
When using the Services, you must not:
- violate Vietnamese law or the rights of others;
- use a false identity;
- create multiple accounts for improper gain;
- manipulate views, likes, votes or engagement metrics, including by using automated tools or buying engagement;
- distribute spam or malware;
- scan, attack or overload the systems;
- gain unauthorised access to the data or accounts of others;
- copy, automatically extract (scrape) or resell the Services without GUDJOB's written consent;
- post content that infringes copyright, trademarks or privacy, or content that is pornographic, violent, inciting, discriminatory or contrary to public morals and customs.
4. Your content
Ownership. You retain ownership of the content you create and upload.
Licence you grant to GUDJOB. You grant GUDJOB a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, technically copy, process and display that content. This licence is used solely to operate the Services for you and ends when the content is deleted, except for backups retained for their technical retention period.
Your undertaking. You undertake that you hold all necessary rights to the content you upload.
Content removal. GUDJOB may remove content that violates the Terms or the law.
Copyright complaints. Send them to contact@gudjob.net, including:
- the allegedly infringing content and its link;
- proof of ownership;
- your contact details.
We review the complaint, temporarily hide the content where there are grounds to do so, and notify the party that posted it.
5. GUDJOB's intellectual property
The following assets are owned by GUDJOB CO.,LTD or GUDJOB's licensors:
- the GUDJOB name and logo and the names of its products;
- interfaces and source code;
- website content (articles, images, projects).
You may view the content and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify or distribute it, or use it for commercial purposes, without written consent.
Projects in the Portfolio section belong to the respective customers. They are displayed by GUDJOB with the customers' consent.
6. Paid services
The price, scope, term and refund conditions of paid services are set out in:
- the quotation;
- the contract;
- the sign-up page of each product.
Fees paid are non-refundable unless the above documents or the law provide otherwise.
7. Third-party links and services
The Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party platforms (for example social networks, payment gateways). GUDJOB does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or interruptions of those platforms.
You may link to the GUDJOB website, provided that the link does not create a misleading impression of sponsorship, endorsement or partnership with GUDJOB.
8. Suspension and termination
GUDJOB may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where possible, in the following cases:
- you breach the Terms;
- you engage in fraud;
- you pose a risk to the systems or to other users;
- a competent authority requires it.
You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time. How to submit a request: Data deletion instructions
9. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
As is. The Services are provided on an as-is basis. GUDJOB strives to keep the Services stable but does not guarantee that the Services will never be interrupted or free of errors. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance or incidents affecting infrastructure providers or third-party platforms.
Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law:
- GUDJOB is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data arising from the use of the Services;
- for paid services, GUDJOB's total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid for that service in the 12 months preceding the event, unless the contract provides otherwise.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Changes to the Terms
GUDJOB may update the Terms. The date of the update is shown at the top of the page. Significant changes are announced on the website or by email to users who have an account.
Continued use of the Services after the effective date of a new version constitutes acceptance of that version.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
12. Product appendices
12.1 GUD CONTEST
a) Roles of the parties
- The organiser of each contest is responsible for:
- the rules and prize structure;
- judging, announcing the results, awarding prizes and the related tax obligations;
- the content of the contest page;
- verifying age and the consent of parents or guardians.
- GUDJOB only provides the technical platform and is not the organiser of the contest, unless a contest expressly names GUDJOB as the organiser.
- The organiser signs a data processing agreement with GUDJOB, under which GUDJOB processes contestant data on the organiser's instructions.
b) Entries
- Contestants retain the copyright in their entries.
- Contestants grant the organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display their entries on the contest page and publish them on the contest's channels (including its Facebook Page), for the purposes of running and promoting the contest.
- Term: until 12 months after the results are announced, unless the contest rules provide otherwise.
- Contestants grant GUDJOB a similar licence, to the extent necessary to operate the platform.
c) Contestants' undertakings
- The entry is the contestant's own work or all necessary rights have been obtained: images, music, characters and people appearing in it.
- Any use of AI tools is disclosed truthfully in accordance with the contest rules.
- No manipulation of engagement. Entries showing signs of fraud may be disqualified at the organiser's discretion.
- Contestants under 18 confirm that they have the consent of a parent or guardian. Contestants aged 7 or over must also give their own consent.
d) Complaints and removal of entries
Complaints about the copyright or content of an entry should be sent to the organiser or to contact@gudjob.net. The entry may be temporarily hidden while the complaint is reviewed.
12.2 GUDMATE, GUDHOST, GUD Visibility
The specific conditions of these products, including service plans, usage limits, backups and uptime commitments, are set out in the contract, quotation or sign-up page of each product.
